This is a small community center where some religious and cultural events take place, and you need to communicate with them before planning your event
People park in front of your residence and when you ask them not to, they do anyway. They park even in front of your driveway and when you ask them to move their cars, they look at you like they don't understand English. But when you threaten to have their car towed, they understand English then..
Limited parking spot. Hope they find a new place with more parking spaces so more people can participate when there is an event.
